  1. Demand Letter
    The demand letter should be addressed to Limco Overseas Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Lic. No: 792/065/066. The letter must illustrate the details and number of workers required, salary and benefits, duty hours, overtime, food and accommodation facilities, transportation, insurance and any other benefits and facilities provided by the company.
  2. Special Power of Attorney
    Power of attorney is a legal confirmation on behalf of employer, for selection of recruitment agency. The authorizes Limco Overseas Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Lic. No: 792/065/066 for sending workers legally.
  3. Employment Contract
    This is the employment agreement letter to be provided by Employer to the prospective employee.
  4. Recruitment Agreement
    This is the service agreement letter between employing company and recruitment agency in Nepal (Limco Overseas Pvt. Ltd.)
  5. Guarantee Letter
    This is the letter from Employer guaranteeing that selected workers will not be transferred to any other countries without approval of Nepal Government Authorities.
